Shipping Policy
Pre-Order and Backorder Items
Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as pre-order or backorder, indicating that the item is not in stock. When possible, we will post expected ship dates.
Pre-order and backorder items shipping to U.S. addresses are most often delivered via Ground Service. In most cases, you can expect delivery between 3-7 business days after the item is back in stock.
Shipping Rates
We ship to all 50 US states and Canada as well as internationally (including Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes*).
The following are your choices for shipping within the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be slightly higher and rush delivery is not available to those areas. Please choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Questions
If your shipment is going outside of these general shipping guidelines you may place your order and calculate shipping and then do not submit and cancel the order if you decide not to purchase
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. You may receive multiple shipping confirmation e-mails if items in your order ship at different times. For orders with a delivery inside the United States, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your order.
Order Processing
The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your
item will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping
address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days
after the order is placed (if placed by 1:00 PM Mountain Standard time).
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the
location of your shipping address. Most shipments can be expected within 3-7
business days excluding U.S. holidays and weekends. This is only an
estimated delivery time and FTH does not guarantee that your shipment will
arrive within this time frame.
Order Tracking
For orders with delivery inside the United States, an "order tracking link" and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time. We do not supply tracking information for international destinations.
Changes to Orders and order Information
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your orders or personal information. However, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been mis-ordered.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders or Personal Checks. Please note that the billing party on your credit card statement will appear as either From The Hood Apparel Inc. or FTH Fight Gear.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
Return Policy
FTH Fight Gear and From The Hood Apparel values you as a customer and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. That is why we use the highest quality products in our manufacturing process. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, or it is defective you may return the item for an exchange or refund.
To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 14 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
Orders Cancellations and Changes to and Personal Information
We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders or personal information and cancellations of orders placed. However, our customer service objective is to process orders quickly and we cannot guarantee that your request to cancel an order before it ships or we can make personal information changes before the order is fulfilled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing is a benefit to you. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been ordered and shipped before it could be canceled.
