Do I have to pay sales tax?
We do not currently charge sales tax on our online sales, only Arizona residents pay sales tax on their purchases.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Your credit card statement will show From The Hood Apparel Inc. as the charge. We do not accept PayPal, Discover or America Express.
Do you accept PayPal?
No, we do not accept PayPal at this time.
Can I pay by Personal check / money order?
Yes, you may prepay your order with a check however your order will not be processed until the check has cleared.
Can I Order Over The Phone?
Yes, we can take your phone orders but the fastest method will be through the web site.
What is a Preorder?
These are new items that are not yet released and have in stock but you may preorder the item and it will ship immediately upon getting them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.
What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to keep stock on all of our products that are currently offer, we may go out of stock on certain fast selling items from time to time. In case we do, you will be notified by e-mail. If we must back order an item that is part of a larger order, the items we do have in stock will ship and the backordered item will ship when we have them back in stock.
How Do You Ship Your Orders?
Orders within the United States are shipped by the DHL, United Parcel Service or US Postal Service. Your order will usually ship within 1-4 business days from receipt by us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 1-4 business days of receipt and you should receive it within 3-7 days. During the holidays, our order processing time may be longer due to backups in shipments as a result of the increase volume of parcels shipping throughout the USA.
If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No, absolutely not we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists. You may unsubscribe at any time and be taken off of our emailing list immediately.
What if you don’t stock my size?
We value our customers' and if we don’t stock your size we will make an effort to custom manufacture a shirt or other clothing item for you. Contact us at info@fthfightgear.com.
How should I care for my items?
Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing. Due to the nature of the materials we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended that you wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle and either lay out to air dry items or dry on warm to cool gentle drying cycle. Some items that are extremely delicate should be dry cleaned only.
