FTH stands for From The Hood, more then a play on the owners last name, From The Hood represents where fighting and for all practical purposes MMA began.
A slang term for that small dot on a map where we grew up and live, the Hood for some is a village for others a small town or a big city. The bottom line is whether in the rough neighborhood in a little town or on the mean streets of the cities, whether it was 1,000 years ago in Asia or today in America, the genesis of combat and self defense begins for many in the Hood.
